Hope L. Stafford, Associate
Ms. Stafford joined Delaney McKinney, LLP, in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, she gained considerable experience with family law as a law clerk for the Honorable John M. Campbell in the District of Columbia Superior Court's Family Division and as a volunteer at the D.C. Family Court's Self-Help Center. During law school, Ms. Stafford interned with a local family lawyer, and researched issues related to domestic violence with Professor Deborah Epstein at the Georgetown University Law Center.
Ms. Stafford received her J.D., cum laude, in 2006 from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was both an advocate and a coach for a moot court team. She received her B.S., magna cum laude, in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2000. Before attending law school, Ms. Stafford worked as a portfolio analyst at a financial management company in New York City.
Ms. Stafford is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. She is a member of the Family Law Sections of the D.C. and Maryland bar associations.
