Robert D. Weinberg, Associate

Mr. Weinberg joined the firm as an associate in September, 2005. His practice includes all aspects of family law. Mr. Weinberg graduated from the University of Virginia, with distinction, in 2001. He received his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, with honors, in 2004. While in law school, Mr. Weinberg was an associate articles editor for The Business Lawyer.

Following law school, Mr. Weinberg clerked for the Honorable Patrick L. Woodward of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland and then of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Mr. Weinberg was Judge Woodward's last Circuit Court and first Court of Special Appeals law clerk. Mr. Weinberg gained considerable family law experience while Judge Woodward was presiding in the Family Division of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County.

He is admitted to the Bar in Maryland and Washington, D.C., and is a member of the Montgomery County Inn of Court, the Montgomery County Bar Association (Member, Family Law Section), the Maryland State Bar Association (Member, Family Law Section), and the D.C. Bar (Member, Family Law Section). Mr. Weinberg volunteers regularly at the Family Court Self-Help Center of the D.C. Superior Court.
