Ms. Hirsch is an associate at Delaney McKinney, L.L.P. She has practiced family law in D.C. and Maryland since 1996. Prior to joining Delaney McKinney, L.L.P. in 2004, Ms. Hirsch practiced with Kuder, Smollar & Friedman, P.C. in Washington, D.C. She has extensive experience in litigating and negotiating all aspects of family law cases. Ms. Hirsch is a skilled litigator, as well as a highly successful mediator and negotiator. Ms. Hirsch also has been trained in Collaborative Law and is keen to offer this particular form of dispute resolution to the firm's clients. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Hirsch had a successful career as a pastry chef in some of Washington's finest restaurants.

Ms. Hirsch has been a member of the Family Law Sections of the D.C. Bar, the Maryland State Bar and the Montgomery County Bar Association for ten years. She is also a member of the Collaborative Dispute Resolution Professionals, the Collaborative Law Society of D.C., MD and VA, the Collaborative Law Practice Council, and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals. She currently serves as a mentor for the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Program's Law Firm Clinic and volunteers regularly at the D.C. Superior Court, Family Court Self-Help Center.

Ms. Hirsch graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University in 1978 and received her law degree from the University of Santa Clara School of Law in 1984. She is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and California.
